Kindly be advised that Chaffey College accounts will be subject to deletion following a period of 2 years of inactivity. This includes instances where individuals have not registered for a class consecutively within the span of 2 years, or have registered for a class and subsequently dropped it without enrolling in another course within the same timeframe.
Should you find that your Chaffey College account has been deleted due to inactivity exceeding 2 years, you have the option to reapply for admission. By reapplying, you can reinstate your account and regain access to Chaffey College's online resources.
To reinstate your account, please log into your CCCApply account here. If you have not applied or registered for a class in the past two years, you will need to reapply to regain access. After completing the reapplication process for the college, you can expect to regain access to your Chaffey College account within 15 minutes.
Every Chaffey College student will be asked to enroll in one of three methods of One Time Passcode. This One Time Passcode (OTP) exists as a second method of authentication, crucial for keeping your account protected.
Selecting the Phone Method requires users to provide a valid mobile phone number. An 8-digit numerical code will be sent to the intended mobile phone.
To choose the Email Method, users need to input a valid email address. An 8-digit numerical code will then be sent to the specified email address. Please remember to use an email other than your Panther email for this method.
Selecting the Mobile Authenticator Method allows users to choose and install either Google Authenticator or the PortalGuard Password Reset application to be used to receive their One Time Passcode.
Users can change their Chaffey Portal login password at any time. By selecting "Set Password" on the login page, you'll be prompted to authenticate with your current password before being directed to a page where you can update your password to a new one.
If you've forgotten your Chaffey Portal account password, simply click on the "Forgot Password" option conveniently located on the login page. This feature will guide you through the process of verifying your username and initiating the password reset procedure.
Upon your initial login to the Chaffey College Portal, you will be prompted to answer a series of five concise Challenge Questions. These questions serve as an additional layer of authentication, enhancing the security measures when retrieving account information.
